Return Policy Requirements
We appreciate having you as our customer, and your absolute satisfaction is our goal. Making you look your best is our mission. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the original date of shipment, you are welcome to return or exchange the item(s).
There is no need to make a telephone call to initiate a return or an exchange. All requests for a return or an exchange must be made online through Returns section of our site by using a step-by-step procedure for obtaining Return Authorization (RA) number and initiating a return.
Please read the section bellow carefully to make sure you understand what our refund and return policy requirements are Customer Service to get your questions answered.
- The item(s) must be received at our Returns Center in Orlando, Florida within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the original date of shipment. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our website. To obtain an RA number and to initiate your return, you need to login with your email address and your order number to Returns. Please contact our Customer Service if you need assistance.
- We will reject items returned without a valid RA number, and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Items received after the 30 (thirty) calendar days period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at your expense or discarded/donated depending upon the condition.
- Item(s) should be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation (and all shipping costs pre-paid by you).
- Item(s) being returned are subject to the Product Eligibility Criteria as stated below.
Product Eligibility Criteria
All returned items are closely examined and tested: we never put previously worn items back into our inventory. If we believe an item has been worn or is not salable as new, we cannot accept it as a return. To provide you the peace of mind and to protect your health, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
The following items are NEVER returnable, exchangeable, and never eligible for refund or cancelation:
- Special ordered items: items that were made, altered or ordered especially for you.
- Final sale items: items with delicate fabrics, fragile beading and/or intricate embroidery.
- Close out or clearance sale items which appear in our "Clearance Section".
- Sale items: any items that have been discounted over 25%.
- Any item that specifically states it cannot be returned in the product description or on the product information page.
- Gift Cards.
- Intimates: lingerie (including bras), slips, shapewear, undergarments, and corsets.
- Hosiery, stockings, and pantyhose.
- Accessories (including masks and jewelry).
- Any item that has been worn, used, altered, washed, has tears, soils, pet hair, stains or damage of any kind.
- Any item that has missing accessories, like the shawl, belt or the straps.
The following items are returnable if they are unworn and in their unblemished original manufacturer's packaging such that the item(s) can be re-sold in new condition:
Notice: We photograph every product as part of our quality assurance process, so we know where the tags and labels were attached. Please keep all tags on when trying the purchased items and do not remove any tags. DO NOT attempt to remove and reattach tags and labels! We will not accept any item with original tags and/or labels removed. We will not accept any items that smell of perfume, sweat, smoke, are stained, worn, damaged or laundered.
Dresses and all other items not specifically listed above are eligible to be returned provided they are in new condition, are not missing any items/pieces, are returned with the original manufacturer's tags attached, manufacturer’s packaging is intact (undamaged and properly resealed when applicable) and have not been worn, soiled, used, altered, washed or show signs of any wear. You should not write on, or attach any labels, to the manufacturer’s packaging.
Shoe Returns: If the shoes you purchased do not fit, they can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in the original packaging within 30 (thirty) days from the original date of shipment and are subject to $24.95 restocking fee. All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return.
Shoes must be in their original box, and the box may not be used as the shipping box. Please note: DO NOT apply tape or labels directly to the shoeboxes, instead - wrap it in a shipping carton or place it inside of shipping box.
Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or check (unless required by law).
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Please note that we have no control over and accept no responsibility for the size you select. Please measure before ordering and refer to our size charts. Plan for alterations.
Items that do not fit you properly but were made in accordance with fit specifications you provided cannot be returned or exchanged. Generally, due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there can be 0.25 - 0.75-inch error margin.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, please be sure to follow guidelines for a return of defective items prior to returning the items so that the proper procedures and instructions are followed. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (as recorded by the shipping provider) if an item is defective. After 48 hours, we will not accept your claim.
If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
If any of the free promotional items are not returned with the order, we will implement the $25.00 charge.
We shall make the sole determination as to whether or not an item qualifies under the terms of our return and refund policy. In some cases, we may assess a restocking fee for returned items (see details bellow). We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
Orders that are refused for delivery will be subject to a handling and restocking charge. We will not refund shipping, handling charges and/or fees in either direction. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. The only exception is in a situation where we made an error in fulfillment by shipping the wrong or damaged item. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We will not accept COD.
For full priced dresses, we do not charge a restocking fee. When your order was placed with a promotion offer and for any discounted dress, we charge a $15% restocking fee when returned for a refund. We don't charge a restocking fee for items exchanged for another item or returned for a credit. For any refused or undeliverable package, we charge 15% restocking fee.
You also will be charged $24.95 restocking fee if you return handbags and shoes.
