We can ship to commercial, residential, and P.O. Box addresses in all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii*). 

Shipping to Guam, U.S.V.I., Puerto Rico and worldwide shipping is available through International Checkout. International Checkout is a leading international ordering provider offering secure international transactions and customer support to over 250 destinations. 

* Hawaii/Alaska customers - your order may be delayed if you live in a remote area.

We encourage you to shop and ship early during a holiday season. 

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date for busy holidays like Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. To maximize the likelihood of delivery on one of these busy holidays, please place your order at least 5 business days in advance. Orders placed within 4 days of holidays DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on orders placed during these holidays if the order was placed within 4 days of the holiday, and subsequently delivered within 4 days after the respective holiday.

Shipping Insurance


All goods you order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises (domestic orders only). As soon as the merchandise is delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, this insurance ends.

Tracking Your Domestic Order


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your order is shipped. Note: The confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided when ordering. Make sure that your email address is valid and up to date. You can track your shipment by following the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our Customer Satisfaction Specialists.

Free Shipping

All dresses and gowns shipped to domestic addresses for free.
If your order for accessories, shoes, lingerie, and another qualifying merchandise is $50 or more, you may qualify for free domestic shipping. With free shipping, your order will be delivered via Economy Shipping within 6-8 business days after all of your order items are available to ship.

No coupon code is necessary to receive free Economy Shipping on orders over $50. Merchandise total must exceed $50 after any coupons have been applied and do not include shipping, handling or taxes charges. Free shipping will be reflected on the checkout page in the shipping selection box. Free shipping offer is non-negotiable and not valid for prior purchases. All offers are subject to change without notice. A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply. This offer may be combined with other discount offers. This offer is subject to limitations.*

*Free Shipping and Promo Shipping Limitations and Restrictions:

Shipping only to addresses located within the contiguous United States. Orders for items that weigh more than 5 lbs. do not qualify for free shipping or promotional shipping offers (nor can these items be used in the calculation of the total purchase price to qualify other items for this offer). Not all ship to addresses will qualify for free shipping promotions.

To place an order with Free Shipping, do the following:

  • Add at least $50 of eligible products to your Shopping Cart.

  • Ship your items to a single address within the contiguous United States.
  • Select FREE Economy Shipping as your shipping method.

Promo Shipping may require a special coupon code. Coupon usage is subject to our coupon policy and is limited one use per customer. Shipping discounts that require a code cannot be combined or used with other discounts.

We support our troops and provide a Free USPS shipping on orders to APO/FPOs.**

Upgrading Shipping

Upgrading Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time for Made-to-Order dresses or dresses that required custom fit adjustment under our "Fit Me" dress alterations service.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

All returns to us should be via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation and all shipping costs pre-paid by you. We strongly recommend you to insure your package. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Our Exchange Program offers free shipping for the returned item and the new item purchased as the exchange. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return of an item from the original order. When your exchange is approved, you will receive an email with completed and prepaid shipping label (saved in PDF file format). You will need to print it out and affix it (with Scotch tape) to the return package.

Note: Our Return Policy must be followed for returns and exchanges to be accepted.

Orders with Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once the order is completed. If you would like the items to be ship separately, we can arrange it for an extra flat fee of $7.95 per shipping (via economy shipping delivered within 6-8 business days). 

Delivery to Post Office Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPOs via USPS.

Delivery Information

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. We will also notify you when your order is shipped and will provide you with package tracking number via email.

All orders for in-stock merchandise located in our warehouse in Orlando, FL placed before 10 AM EST will be shipped the same business day**. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed after 10 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. 

** Business days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday).

When an item you order is not in stock in our warehouse in Orlando, FL we will need to order it from our manufacturers. Usually, manufacturers take around 2-3 weeks for them to get in-stock merchandise to us. During peak seasons, manufacturers may require additional time. It will normally take another 5-7 business days for us to get the merchandise to you. The shipping date is a processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

Some items can be shipped to you directly from the manufacturers' facilities. For more details, please see a section about Drop Ship Items bellow.

Please allow up to 6 additional weeks for Made-to-Order dresses, and 1-2 weeks for dresses that need alteration as part of "Fit Me" dress alterations service.

Drop Ship Items

Drop ship items are shipped directly from manufacturers' facilities to your door. Additional 2-3 business days should be allowed for processing the order. Please feel free to contact our

Customer Satisfaction Specialists if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order. 

Order Shipping Delay

We have implemented fraud filters on themagicofchic.com in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay.

Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received, and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or not agreeing with our return policy review. Any delay in shipping due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Attempts / Signature Required

Usually, shipping carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver a package. A signature will be required on all orders over $200 or as requested by you. It is typically up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required on other packages (packages shipped via air almost always require a signature). If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In those cases, we will not re-ship. We will, however, issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee and a cost of return shipping.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay your order. Please enter your ship to address information in the appropriate fields and double-check for typos and other errors. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. In case of wrong address, we will not re-ship. We will, however, issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee and a cost of return shipping.

Return to Sender Packages

Orders ‘Returned to Sender' by the carrier are subject to a 15% restocking fee. ‘Return to Sender' orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide an address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.

Note: Packages refused by you (for whatever reason) - in other words, not accepted from the designated carrier and hence immediately shipped back to us - are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for the cost of merchandise less shipping charges, and less 15% restocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order. We strongly recommend that you double check your 'Ship To' address when you place your order and arrange a convenient delivery time with the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) selected by you for shipping.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact us using this form. Be sure to select the 'Shipping and Tracking' reason from the drop-down list.
