We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
Note: These fees are placed on imported packages according to each government policy. We do not receive any portion of these fees. Thus, these fees are not eligible for a refund. If you refuse your package due to these fees, the amount of the re-import fees and transportation will not be credited back to your account. In the case of international exchanges, brokerage fees will still apply. For Canadian Customers, customs and duties are applicable on all shipments, even in the case of exchange.
