Exchange Program

If you received your order and needed a different size, we want to make sure that process is fast and easy! We offer exchanges for a different size of dresses and shoes purchased on our site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received your original order (as recorded by the shipping provider). Please see the Exchange Policy for more information on our exchanges.

How our Exchange Program works:

  • Login to Returns.
  • Provide the email address you used to place your orders. You don't need to have a registered account with us to initiate your returns. 
  • Provide an order number. 
  • After you login, you will see all products in that order. 
  • Select the product(s) you want to exchange. 
  • Click on "Create a Return" button located on the right side from the item selected. 
  • Choose the quantity you wish to return in the "Quantity" field. 
  • Select "Exchange" from Return Reason drop-down box.
  • In "Customer Notes" filed, write a size to which you would like to exchange the item or provide us a name of a new item that you would like to exchange it for. 
  • Important Note: Make sure that a new size for exchange is currently available for the product. We DO NOT accept back orders. Exchanges are allowed only for a different size of the same product. Exchanges are only allowed for size changes within one dress size or shoes size. Maximum of one exchange allowed.
  • Review the information you have selected and assuming it is correct, click on the "Submit" button.
  • You will be presented with a new entry in "Return History" section that confirms receipt of your RA request. Status of your request will be "Pending Approval".

Once we have reviewed your request (typically within one business day or less, from when you submit your request), you will receive an email with the RA number and return address instructions. You can also check your return status by login to Returns with your email address and the order number.

When your return is approved, you will see the RA number to use on your return package.

Print out two copies of the return confirmation email (with the RA number on it). One copy is for your records, and one copy is to be included with the item(s) you are returning. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is important to keep this email as it contains all of the information you need to complete your return.

We must receive the items you are returning within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the original date of shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation. If you return the item without a means to track the delivery, and we don't receive the item package, we will not be responsible for refunding the order. The RA number we issue must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Within 2 (two) calendar days from the date we issue RA number for your exchange, you need to make a new purchase of the item you submitted to us as an exchange item. Only approved exchanged items can be purchased. Note: In a rare occasion when pre-selected for exchange item is sold out, we could allow you to purchase an item of different style of equal or greater value as your original purchase.

We will process your new purchase as a separate order and will issue you a refund for the first order once we have processed the return. All exchanges are processed in accordance with our return policy requirements.


  • Please note that we have no control over and accept no responsibility for the size you select. Please measure before ordering and refer to our size charts. 
  • We carefully check and record the information for each dress before we send it out, to ensure that the style, color, and the size are exactly as ordered. All requested alterations (if applicable) are made according to the measurements you provided with your order. 
  • It is essential to make sure you provide us with accurate measurements or sizing information and carefully check that the options you want are clearly specified on your order. We cannot be held responsible if you provide incorrect measurements or size or if you do not clearly indicate the style and options you require.
